The Brucie Tree!
Fanal Forest is an ancient laurel grove and one of the last remaining examples of Europe's original rainforest, which dates back thousands of years. Fanal has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site with trees up to 500 years old. The forest is 1150m above sea level and at its best in low cloud / foggy conditions creating a mystical and moody environment.
